-Linden Homes were identified as one of the very few developers who would have the ability to purchase a site of this magnitude on an unconditional basis in the timescales required.
Preliminary discussions took place with Linden Homes to advise them of the parameters of the proposed transaction and a comprehensive set of information was provided. CJH Land acted in an agency capacity in order to facilitate a significant unconditional offer which was accepted by Taylor Woodrow. Both parties solicitors were instructed and the transaction was duly completed.
Linden Homes have subsequently achieved a planning permission for a mixed use development of 170 dwellings, commercial, retail and leisure floor space.
