Barratt Homes Bristol Division have recently secured their reserve matters planning permission on the 10.5 acre parcel of land sold to them by CJH Land at Taunton Road, North Petherton. This planning permission will now allow them to commence construction on the 130 unit site they bought from a local consortium of land owners in August 2020. With new housing sites in parts Somerset stalled by the phosphate pollution issue this development will be a welcome addition to the housing numbers when it starts in the near future.
